Therapy Fees Overview

Fees are determined by a sliding fee scale that was developed with intention, and in community with other therapists. Fees will be based on a client’s income, frequency of therapy, their social locations, access to generational wealth, and taking into consideration debt, dependents, and any other significant financial draw on their resources.

I am an Out of Network, private pay therapist. I am able to offer Superbills and some guidance to you on submitting to your insurance company for Out of Network Provider Reimbursement. You will need to inquire with your insurance provider to find out if they reimburse and for how much they will reimburse.

Fees per Appointment

Individual Therapy: $130 - $220

Relationship Therapy: $160 - $250

Clinical Supervision: $100 - $200

Reduced Sliding Scale & Reparations Based

$0-$75 per session

Reduced Sliding Scale & Reparations Based/Pro Bono spots are reserved for clients that hold multiply marginalized identities and do not have access to generational wealth, family support, or insurnace reimbursement benefits. I reserve a percentage of my caseload for these spots, and as of Spring 2024, these spots are full.

late cancelations

Cancelling under 24 hrs in advance or no-showing to your therapy session will result in being charged 100% of your usual fee.
